4. ORDERS & PURCHASE ORDERS
Orders may be placed by written confirmation, email, or purchase order following acceptance of a quotation.

Any additional or conflicting terms included in a customer’s purchase order shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing by Lognotec Scientific
5. PRICING & PAYMENT
Pricing, payment terms, applicable taxes, and delivery charges will be specified in the relevant quotation or invoice.

Failure to comply with agreed payment terms may result in delays to delivery or suspension of future supply.
6. DELIVERY
Delivery arrangements, lead times, and shipping terms will be confirmed as part of the quotation.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery, unless otherwise stated

7. PRODUCTS & WARRANTIES
Products are supplied in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and warranties, where applicable.

Product suitability for specific applications remains the responsibility of the customer

8. SERVICES & THIRD-PARTY SUPPORT
Where services such as installation, maintenance, laboratory setup, or equipment servicing are arranged, these may be provided by manufacturers or approved third-party service providers.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
